Logitech G Pro X Superlight - Is It Worth It?

Written by Graham Day // Published 29th April 2024

Some of the best gamers in the world use this which says it all.

The Logitech G Pro X Superlight is my personal mouse of choice and we’re gonna take a quick look at it.

One word to describe this mouse? Simplicity. There isn’t 20 buttons on the side that you’re never gonna use. There’s no clip-on attachments that change how you hold it… there’s just a good, well-built mouse with a satisfyingly-sleek shape.

It’s not just got a clean design - as the Superlight name suggests - this thing is as light as a feather, [show on screen: “Less than 63 grams”] which is great if, like me, you don’t have shovels for hands.

It does all the standard things you’d expect a mouse to do - you can click and point for starters… but it also has so much more! It has low-latency Lightspeed Wireless, so you can play without wires and without having to worry about lag or input delay.

It’s 2026 - you don’t need to have a wired mouse any more - a number of pros play wirelessly, and it’s no surprise that the “world’s most popular esports mouse” is the G Pro X Superlight.

My personal favourite thing is - if you add a Logitech G Powerplay mousemat, you can add a little power puck to your mouse that means you never have to worry about plugging it in to charge it ever again!
